The waiver only takes a few minutes to fill out and can be completed from any phone, tablet, or computer. It must be submitted before class begins, whether you’re attending a concealed carry class, renewal, or any firearms training event.
Why the Waiver Is Required
Firearms training involves live ammunition and hands-on safety instruction. Completing the waiver confirms that:
- You understand and agree to follow all range safety rules.
- You accept full responsibility for your own actions and equipment during class.
- You acknowledge that CCCD, its instructors, and training partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
