8. How long is a Denver Security Guard License valid?

A Denver Security Guard License is valid for one (1) year from the date it is issued. To continue working as a licensed security guard, you must renew your license before it expires.

9. When can I renew my Denver Security Guard License?

You may begin the renewal process up to 90 days before your Denver Security Guard License expires. Renewing early helps prevent a lapse in your license and allows you to continue working without interruption.

10. Can I renew my Denver Security Guard License after it expires?
