Alicia Garcia is a nationally certified firearms instructor and range safety officer with extensive training from esteemed professionals such as Ken Scott of The Provectus Group, Kevin Dixie of No Other Choice Training, Wyotac, Action Tactical, and W.O.F.T.. Her passion for firearms education and safety is complemented by her unwavering commitment to civil rights and the defense of the 2nd Amendment.

Over the past five years, Alicia has dedicated herself to developing a robust foundation in live fire and dry fire training skills, specializing in de-escalation, situational awareness, basic pistol, concealed carry, defensive pistol, basic rifle, and defensive rifle techniques. As a staunch advocate for responsible gun ownership, she actively engages in legislative processes to safeguard our freedoms.

Currently, Alicia is the plaintiff in Garcia v. Polis, a case challenging Colorado’s 3-day waiting period for firearm purchases. This case underscores her dedication to preserving constitutional rights.

A proud Colorado native, Alicia is deeply committed to defending our rights and freedoms, even when faced with opposition from certain legislators. She firmly believes that civil rights should never be undermined by those elected to serve the public. Through her efforts, she aims to make sure that Colorado is protected by citizens who embrace their rights to self-preservation, promoting safe and responsible gun ownership. Her comprehensive approach includes classroom instruction, live fire training, and medical safety education.
